Spiders Excel in the 46th Colonial Relays hosted by William & Mary (April 1-2, 2011)

Beth Kelly won the 10K breaking the Colonial Relays
and the facility records.

McGovern, Kelly Win On Day One Of Colonial Relays

McGovern won the hammer on her final throw (53.86M).


Kelly's winning W's 10,000m time (36:19.18) set a meet and facility record.


Traynor placed 2nd in the W's 3K steeple (10:32.16) breaking the the old meet and facility record.


Prentice ran 2nd fastest freshman W's 5K in school history (16:48.32).

Nicol Traynor and Alyson Smith separated from the pack early in the 3K steeple. 
Both broke the old facility and meet records and
established marks that rank in the top 13 of the NCAA this season.
