UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND - Redshirt-senior Jenn Ennis secured her place in the NCAA East Regional competition on Saturday, following her first-place finish in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Kent Taylor Carolina Invitational in Chapel Hill, N.C.
"Jenn ran great," said women's head coach Lori Taylor. "She was mentally and physically tough out there, and when she needed to pick up the pace she did. That's a nine second improvement from earlier this year and firmly put her into the NCAA Region Championships."
