Live Video Links for the NCAA Track & Field Championships

We are in Des Moines, Iowa for the 2011 NCAA DI Track & Field Championships.  Events start today (Wednesday, June 8)... Five Richmond Spiders will compete during the next 4 days of competition:  Andrew Benford (3KSC), Matt Llano (10K), Heather Roush (Javelin), Nicol Traynor (3KSC) and Amy Van Alstine (5K).

Richmond's Andrew Benford (Ravenswood HS, WV) will start things off for our team.  He races the 3KSC Semi-Final at 7:45PM (CST) this evening.
