in the 3K Steeplechase last weekend with a time of 8:39.71.

Richmond senior Andrew Benford (Ravenswood, WV) will compete in the 3K Steeplechase at the NCAA Track & Field Championships next week.  He sat down with ESPN's Greg Burton to talk about the Spider's sending 5 athletes to the NCAA National Championship Final in Des Moines, IA.
