Spiders 2011 Preseason Cross Country Camp (DAYS 3 & 4-Mountains Call/Panther Falls)

Day 3 began early with a run from Buena Vista to the Blue Ridge Parkway...Buena Vista is a town of roughly 6,000 at the base of the West side of the Blue Ridge Mountains sitting at roughly 500' above sea level. Our team mission for this day was a hard and fast effort to climb the ~2,000' of elevation gain spread over a 4 mile climb... it helped accomplish many of our early preseason goals while finding the grit of our team.

(L-R) Row 1- Stephanie Paradis, Allie Stapleton, Jill Prentice, Clare Moretz, Roxanne Henningson, Taylor Clevinger, Lydia Morton...Row 2-Amanda Lineberry, Dana Guglielmo, Beth Kelly, Liz Schinski, Jason Skipper, Billy Fayette, Tim Becker, Paul Myer, Matthew Groff...Row 3- Patrick Love, Andrew Valenski, Ryan Lee, Conor Phelan, Chris York, Kyle Ragan, Adam Owens.
