| Day 3 began early with a run from Buena Vista to the Blue Ridge Parkway...Buena Vista is a town of roughly 6,000 at the base of the West side of the Blue Ridge Mountains sitting at roughly 500' above sea level. Our team mission for this day was a hard and fast effort to climb the ~2,000' of elevation gain spread over a 4 mile climb... it helped accomplish many of our early preseason goals while finding the grit of our team. |
